So Bekkah is about to head off to college. She's going to be an 8 hour drive away, and her dad, Jeff, like all dads, is worried. But Jeff recently read about this cool new iPhone app called AutoMindr in Cars Weekly that promises to help drivers who may not know too much about their car become better at maintaining it.
AutoMindr's website says that you can buy a years-worth of service for someone else to help them get started. Jeff, not wanting to imagine Bekkah on the side of the road at 2am, signs Bekkah up for the service. 2.1.1 Mentor or Buddy Invite

She finds out that her back left tire is actually really unsafe to drive on because the tread is low. AutoMindr tells her there's an email waiting in her inbox to help her through the tire-buying process, and her dad's been sent an email giving him a heads up that she needs new tires.
